About the Role

This role is integral to ensuring optimal workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling across customer service and sales teams. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of planners and resource schedulers, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
