Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and adaptable Warehouse Manager and General Admin Assistant
In this role you will:
- Receive and dispatch stock
- Perform monthy stock counts
- Prepare orders for dispatch
- Organize and control warehouses daily
- Organize and control production daily
- Perform admin related tasks daily
- Assist with planning routes for deliveries
- Assist counter-sales customers
- Assist with fleet management
- Assist with production co-ordination
- Assist with stock orders
- Assist with general admin related tasks
- Report to the General Manager and CEO
Requirements:

- 2-4 years’ experience
- Age 21+
- Matric Certificate
- Degree/Diploma advantageous but not necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and delegate
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate (excel, MS office and word, emailing)
- Pastel (if no experience, must be willing to learn)
- Read and write fluently in English
