As they scale, maintaining strong financial health is key to sustaining their growth and innovation. That’s where you come in! They are looking for a Finance Manager who can ensure their financial health is as strong as their innovation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything from cash flow optimization to financial planning , helping them scale efficiently while staying profitable.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Own financial planning & budgeting to drive smart business decisions
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights that fuel growth
- Manage cash flow & cost controls to ensure long-term stability
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risks
- Support strategic investments while keeping a sharp eye on profitability
- Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience within a similar role
- B2B experience required
