A leading 5-star lodge is seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-end, guest-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional quality and presentationLead, train, and inspire a dynamic kitchen teamManage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsMaintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standardsDesign seasonal menus that reflect creativity, sustainability, and guest preferencesCollaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience Requirements:
  • Formal culinary qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage costings, budgets, and kitchen administration
  • Passion for modern, sustainable cuisine with a deep understanding of local and international culinary trends
