Description:

Hire Resolve’s client in the manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a HR Clerk in Iswepe, Mpumalanga. This is a FTC position, with the possibility to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate labour statistics reports.
  • Manage and maintain personnel data and records for bargaining unit staff.
  • Prepare documentation for new hires and employee departures.
  • Administer time and attendance records.
  • Adhere to production and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and Quality Management Systems standards.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification with passing grades in English and Core Mathematics.
  • Human Resources Diploma or Degree, or actively working towards completing one.
  • At least 12 months of work experience in a Human Resources setting.
  • At least 12 months of experience using a time and attendance system.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft 365.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and isiZulu.
