The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, strong time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. A background in indoor plant care and maintenance is advantageous, as is previous sales experience. The role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and computer literate in Microsoft Word and Outlook. A valid Code 8 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle are essential for travel to various client locations across Cape Town, including the CBD, Blouberg, and Century City. BASIC SALARY : R20 000.00 + Commission + Fuel and Cellphone Allowance

REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Strong time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing tasks with attention to detail
- Knowledge of indoor plant care and maintenance would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a hands-on, proactive environment
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for travel to various client locations across Cape Town (including CBD, Blouberg, Century City)
- In-depth knowledge of the greater Cape Town area
- Previous sales experience and the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and good manners in all client interactions
DUTIES:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Visiting customers daily
- Recording product descriptions on the client operating system and comparing them with relevant customer agreements
- Assisting the accounts department with monthly debt collections
- Promptly attending to customer care queries and taking necessary action
- Assisting operations staff when required
- Submitting completed weekly call reports
- Submitting a monthly updated client list
- Assisting the Consultant with administrative tasks (warehouse orders) and site visits
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
