Loumod Cape Town is looking for a Sales Assistant Reliever to join our dynamic team! If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Conduct stock counts every second week as part of regular duties.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Meet individual targets to qualify for additional commission.
• Commit to full-time availability in September and October to cover peak operational periods.

Work Schedule:
• Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Off-days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
• Extra Shifts: Morning shifts (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.) on every second Monday.
• Full-Time Work: September and October will require full-time availability to cover high-demand periods.

• Daily Rate: R250 per day, calculated based on days worked.
• Commission: Additional commission is available upon achieving individual targets.
