The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion, with a strong background in the wholesale industry being highly desirable. REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
Sales Strategy and Vision:
- Work with the Executive team to develop overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales growth, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.
- Brand Custodian.
- Implement Business targets.
- Maintain & grow sales function.
- Hold partners accountable for the brand including VM in stockists space & deliver & deliver on customer experience.
Product Strategy:
- Within this division, conceptualize & provide input into curated product range for stockists & corporates.
Market Research and Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
- Maintain a wide network of contacts to stay informed about current and future industry trends and market actions.
- Analyze the business environment, competitors, and customer needs to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Team Management:
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Manage & develop the team to ensure business KPI’s are achieved.
Reporting:
- Complete quarterly sales reviews & report back to business.
- Ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports are completed per region.
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 or Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
- Shift work
