Senior Solar Engineer - Hybrid

Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Project Engineer! In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing cutting-edge commercial and industrial solar systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards while adhering to best engineering practices. You will be responsible for designing renewable energy systems, estimating costs, projecting system production, and ensuring the durability and efficiency of our solutions in operation.
Design of renewable energy systems according to relevant regulations and standards
Do site inspections to accurately design and cost new projects
Draw up budgets for proposed new projects
Create detailed drawings for information and construction purposes
Do all necessary calculations and documentation required for utility approval
Lead a design team of Project Engineers, Interns, and Draughtsman to complete designs
Assist the project-specific Project Manager with any engineering-related project-related issues
Professionally approved designs for compliance with regulations and standards
Professional sign-off plants for compliance with regulations and standards

Skills & Experience:
The ability to work with multiple disciplines of projects
The ability to work across multiple projects in parallel
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
Ability to manage a team and provide guidance to junior staff

Qualification:
BEng/ BTech Electrical Engineering
PRTech Engineering Advantages
