Description:
Business Analyst who will be responsible for connecting IT with business by employing data analytics and comprehensive system understanding to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and furnish stakeholders with insightful recommendations and reports. Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Lead IT-related projects, develop project plans, track progress, and conduct pre- and post-project analyses.
- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee change management processes, assess risks, and drive strategic improvements.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure implemented solutions align with business needs.
- Analyse data, identify key patterns, and contribute to governance, technical, and strategic planning.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across various teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure business objectives align with technological solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering , or a related Management field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in business and process analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing systems such as Referral Factory and Hubspot Marketing Hub .
- Strong knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and software development processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
