Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 HR and/or Finance qualification, or sufficient HR and finance experience Valid drivers license At least 5 years experience in HR and finance Experience with payroll Debtors and Creditors experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR duties:
Update employee and leave Assist with bookings for training Ensure company comply with policies Assist with drafting of new employment contracts Assist with inductions for new staff Record any incidents Finance duties: Assist Finance during payroll by giving updated records for leave taken etc. Credit Card recons Buy company groceries and office supplies. Follow up on outstanding client invoices. Render administrative aid to project personnel. Aid in the organization of corporate gatherings. Regulate inventory management. Assist with ISO paperwork. Control office supplies and consumables Communicate with suppliers
