Description:
Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Ensure all assigned rooms are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Replenish minibars, replace linens, and ensure all furniture and fixtures are in good condition.
Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special housekeeping projects as required.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle lost and found items appropriately and report them to management.
Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets and maintain high-quality service.
Requirements:
Education: Matric certificate with English.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping within a hotel.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and order.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
