Minimum Requirements:
Matric 2 to 5 years recruitment experience Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment Computer literate (MS Office) Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency Willing to work overtime when requiredDuties and responsibilities:
Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client’s specification Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas Build up a database to support clients’ needs Compile adverts and effective screening of response Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants Foster long-term relationships with candidates Review and understand technical job requirements Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management Ensure that the candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendance Format resumes of candidates to meet client expectationsCharacter Traits:
