Seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Functional Outsourcing within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure new business in manufacturing, logistics, and related industries. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry connections. Sell TES solutions for blue-collar and technical roles. Identify opportunities for full-service functional outsourcing. Analyse market trends to outperform competitors. Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.Requirements:
5+ years in business development (TES, outsourcing, staffing). Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (HR/Labour Relations a plus). Established industry network and strong sales skills. Knowledge of competitors and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, with own reliable vehicle.What We Offer:
