Description:
Key Responsibilities:Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. Process and reconcile creditors, debtors, and cashbooks. Manage VAT calculations, submissions, and reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly management accounts. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Assist with annual financial audits. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry. Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping. Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced). Knowledge of VAT, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills.
