Bookkeeper Cape Town CBD
Our client in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Bookkeeper with 3 years experience. Doing books to Trial balance, debtors, creditors, recons and assist with very small payroll. Experience working on QuickBooks and bonus but any other software would be accepted. Experience working on SARS and loading of VAT and others.
Salary Negotiable (Hours Winter 9am to 5om & Summer 9am to 9pm) Office Job
Requirements
Matric - Bookkeeping certificate or diploma advantage
3 years bookkeeping to Trial Balance working on Quickbooks (but any software accepted)
Good Excel and SARS efiling experience
VAT calculations experience
Reports to the Senior Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping to TB Quickbooks (or any other software)
Accurately doing financial data capture
Debtors & Creditors Oversee collections, process payments, and perform reconciliations
Assist and Administer all Wages & Salaries Small Payroll
Maintaining employee records, leave files, and processing U19 forms.
SARS Compliance - Handle (small amount of payroll) PAYE payments, filings, and reports requirements.
