Role Purpose
We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to join a leading independent power producer with a growing footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Talent Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to attract and retain top-tier talent for a company at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Implement and oversee assessment centres for candidate evaluations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in hiring.
Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, preferably with 2+ years in the renewable energy sector.
Proven track record in high-volume and multi-skilled recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labour legislation, and HR systems.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
