 Position: Budtender
 Preferred Candidate: Female, South African citizen, under 27 years

Cape Weed Lovers (PTY) Ltd is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. If you have a love for cannabis culture, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to educate and assist customers, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting cannabis products suited to their needs

• Provide product knowledge and guidance on usage, strains, and effects

• Ensure compliance with store policies and regulations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

• Handle cash and POS transactions accuratelyRequirements:

  • Female, South African citizen under 27 years

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passionate about cannabis and eager to learn

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

     Salary: Market-related + employee discounts on products
     Start Date: ASAP
