Description:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group CEO will provide executive-level administrative and strategic support, ensuring seamless management of the CEO’s daily operations across multiple businesses. This role demands strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or Executive Assistance are advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience as a PA, EA, or Chief of Staff to C-suite executives.
- Experience in a multi-company environment is preferred.
- Exposure to financial reporting, strategic planning, and project management is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong calendar and time management skills.
- Occasional after-hours work may be required.
- Travel as needed.
