Description:

As a Telesales Representative, you will connect with independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors, promoting products and ensuring seamless transactions. If you have a strong sales instinct, industry knowledge, and a talent for turning conversations into conversions, we want to hear from you! Qualifications & Experience
  • Matric (compulsory); a diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of telesales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Requirements:
