Our Client in the Fresh Produce Industry is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This role involves supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of fresh produce, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of produce.
• Inventory Management: Help track inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper rotation to minimize waste.
• Quality Control: Assist in inspecting incoming and outgoing produce shipments to maintain high-quality standards.
• Team Supervision: Support in directing warehouse staff activities, promote safety protocols, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation teams to schedule and oversee deliveries and dispatch of goods.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, logistics, or inventory discrepancies.
