Job Description: The Branch Administrator will oversee the everyday operations of the branch, including:
Delegating tasks to relevant personnel
Overseeing various departments
Ensuring productivity and efficiency of all personnel
Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
Engaging in operational planning
Liaising with other branches, Head Office, and customers
Sales Component: The position will also include a sales component, requiring the Branch Administrator to contribute to the branch's sales targets.
Reporting: The Branch Administrator will report to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations, including but not limited to Stores, Dispatch, Production, Admin, Customer Services,
and Sales
Coordinate and delegate tasks to staff
Monitor and enhance productivity and efficiency
Handle disciplinary actions
Plan and execute operational strategies
Maintain communication with other branches, Head Office, and customers
Participate in sales activities and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Possess a valid driver’s license
Qualifications:
Qualifications in business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field can be beneficial.
