JOB POSITION: Website Admin :- Website and Marketing Department
COMPANY: The GTA Group is a worldwide distributor of discounted accommodation and travel. Its subsidiaries successfully operate in various spheres, including marketing management, registered collections, and legal proceedings, among others.
JOB OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking interns, graduates, or experienced individuals in website maintenance. Our websites have been set up by experienced web developers and require upkeep, uploads of new specials and minor graphic updates.
DUTIES:
- General website maintenance – update of wording content, articles, graphics
- Basic video compilations using copyright-free content
- Design of digital brochures and social media posts using Canva, Photoshop and Figma
- Design of any company and subsidiary required content, such as logos, business cards, letterheads
- Install and manage API’s (already developed)
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and stay informed about developments that may prompt updates
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Technologically adept
- Ability to handle pressure
- Attentive to details
- Creative and solution-oriented
- Team player with enthusiasm to assist and advise colleagues
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Above average knowledge of WordPress in order to update website content
- Advantageous: Mid-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, graphic processes, and marketing principles.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Graphic/Web Design course completion at N4-N6 level (HTML, basic web animation, etc)
- OR minimum 5-years experience as a website administrator
- Must live in Cape Town and be a South African citizen
SALARY
- Negotiable – dependent on experience and assessment.
START DATE: ASAP
