Our client, a leader in Office Automation is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team based in Randburg. This position is office based and no hybrid/work from home option available
Key Responsibilities:
· Generating Leads: Identifying and contacting potential customers through phone calls.
· Product/Service Knowledge: Understanding the company's offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
· Sales and Negotiation: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
· Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
· Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales targets.
· Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
· Responding to Marketing Campaigns: Receiving and acting upon phone calls from individuals responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns.
