Job Description:
Our organization is looking for a Junior Administrator to support the daily operations of the company. The responsibilities include answering the telephone, keeping track of work schedules and office administration with the ability to work at shift times.
Functions and Duties:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including record keeping and filing.
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of technical staff.
Skills, Expertise and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to Multitask.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Ability to work overtime as and when requested.
- Preferably 2 years experience.
