Description:

As the Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and strategically aligned designs that elevate client's brand in the adtech industry to reach and engage our target audiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you’ll craft high-quality sales and marketing materials that support our revenue-driving teams, including sales, product, and senior leadership.

You have a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of brand consistency, and the ability to translate complex adtech concepts into engaging, accessible visuals. Your work will include designing sales decks, case studies, one-sheets, social graphics, lead-generation assets, and website content. You are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, can create impactful imagery, and have experience working within HubSpot CMS to manage and update web content.

Responsibilities:

  • Work diligently to understand client’s offerings, products distinction in their market.
  • Develop and maintain visually compelling sales and marketing assets, including sales presentations, blog imagery, case studies, downloadable content, social media graphics, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
  • Design and optimize landing pages, email templates, and other web content in HubSpot CMS , ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Translate technical adtech concepts into clear, engaging visuals tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Build and manage an imagery and asset library for marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure creative assets align with business goals and support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and adtech innovations to bring fresh ideas to the creative approach.
  • Work on short-turnaround projects while maintaining high-quality, strategic designs.

  • Adtech: 2 to 3 years
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of design experience in media, advertising, or adtech with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or other design tools.
  • Experience working with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms for content updates.
  • A strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm EST (15:30-23:30 SA time)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of adtech, programmatic advertising, and digital media trends is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can own projects from start to finish and work independently.
  • Highly organized and agile - can own and tackle big challenges with energy, drive, and dedication.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of design experience in media, advertising, or adtech with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or other design tools.
  • Experience working with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms for content updates.
  • A strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and visual storytelling.
