The ideal candidate will oversee all financial and administrative operations within the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient management of financial systems, and smooth day-to-day administrative processes.
Duties:
Prepare Oversee the full finance and administration function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights to senior management. Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific regulations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and maintain financial controls to ensure financial stability. Lead and supervise a small team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Handle general administrative tasks, including office management and procurement. Implement and maintain effective financial systems and processes. Provide support for business strategy, decision-making, and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications & skills:
A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting. At least 4 years of management experience in a similar role. Experience in the product manufacturing industry is essential.
