Requirements:Proven experience ( 5years +) as a Dialler Manager or in a similar role within a call centre environment.â?? Strong understanding of dialler systems and call centre operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.â?? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.â?? Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of debt collection processes and regulations. Advanced Excel skills. Excalibur knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement dialler strategies to maximise contact rates and campaign performance.â?? Monitor dialler performance, analyse data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.â?? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.â?? Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain and troubleshoot dialler systems.â?? Train and support staff on dialler operations and best practices.
