Key Responsibilities
Provide Financial Advice: Offer advice on financial products and services that suit clients' needs. Keep clients informed about new services or updates through face-to-face interactions. Problem-Solving: Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally during in-person meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met. Sales Support: Identify opportunities to offer clients additional financial products during face-to-face meetings. Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth process for clients. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulations. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
