Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Utilise your expertise in finance and financial control systems to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and oversee creditors, debtors, and bookkeeping processes up to trial balance.
Maintain and report on financial management systems, ensuring precision and insight.
Take charge of fixed asset management, including depreciation calculations and reporting.
Lead stock control processes, leveraging systems to optimize inventory management.
Handle administrative systems essential for seamless financial system operations.
Ensure compliance with financial legislation, including VAT, UIF, SARS, PAYE, and Tax requirements.
Analyse and interpret figures to provide meaningful insights and actionable reports.
Design and deliver comprehensive reports for senior management and executive teams, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
Perform month-end journals, ledger reconciliations, creditor payments, and salary payments efficiently.
Conducted bank reconciliations and other critical financial reconciliations accurately.
Track, analyse, and report on budgets, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
Calculate and report on pricing per unit to guide profitability analysis.
Manage and monitor CAPEX expenditure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Leverage advanced financial software systems to enhance performance and streamline operations.

Qualification:
Deg + Minimum 3 – 5 years experience
