Bookkeeper / Administrator Half Day Fourways Sandton Johannesburg Our property / estate client in Fourways Sandton Johannesburg is looking for a half day Bookkeeper / Administrator with 10-year experience in Bookkeeping and Administration. Salary: Negotiate Position type: Half Day permanent position Hours: 8am to 13:00 Monday to Friday Min Requirements Matric with Relevant Diploma or Degree 10 years pls bookkeeping administration experience Sectional Title experience / Property Estate experience advantage Budgeting and planning experience Pastel Accounting & Sage VIP Payroll Responsibilities Bookkeeping to Balance sheet Assist with the annual budgets Assists with estate maintenance, repair & replacement budget approvals Banking - Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately Debtors & Creditors - Reconcile supplier invoices and prepare payments within budget and with the necessary approvals Petty Cash & Monthly Levies Manage tenants list and body corporate rental agreements / Prepare monthly statements and manage payments Financial Reports - Prepare annual and monthly reports in the required format Annual Audit Procurement - Oversee purchase of furnishings, equipment and consumables for the Admin Office and Clubhouse Asset Inventory - Conduct annual inventory verification - list to be kept accurate & current / Physical inventory item write-offs to be performed according to MDCC procedures. Insurance Co-ordinate annual renewal of insurance policies Assist with preparation and distribution of meeting documents. Trustee and Portfolio Meetings Facilities Management Manage service rental agreements Payroll and submission of statutory returns to be completed by deadline (small payroll) Manage UIF, Workman’s Compensation, Provident Fund & Funeral Policy contributions and claims, IRP5’s issued by deadline Please apply online FROGG RecruitmentConsultant Name: Quinton Wright
