As a Land Systems Design Engineer , you will play a crucial role in the design and development of complex land systems, ensuring that our products meet performance, safety, and cost specifications. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide engineering solutions for a variety of land-based vehicles and systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop land system components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments for new system designs.
- Perform system-level analysis, simulations, and testing to validate designs.
- Support the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery and in-service support.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in the design and development of land systems or defense-related engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience in system integration and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with military or off-road vehicle systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
