Description:
Our Client in the CBD is searching for a German Creditor Controller. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller. With a positive attitude, you will take responsibility for managing assigned customers, ensuring outstanding payments are collected as per agreed terms, and maintaining the sales ledger accurately.
The main tasks of this role are to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the sales ledger and to communicate with customers regarding outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Credit Controller: 2 to 3 years
- Bpo: 1 to 2 years
- Booking And Accounting: 1 year or less
Skills and Knowledge:
· Proficient in Excel/MS Office
· Experience with NetSuite, Sage 200, or other accounting software
· Prior experience in a customer-facing role or client management is advantageous
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Demonstrable flexibility, energy, and proactivity with a "can-do" attitude
· Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining high standards
· Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
