Description:
We have a position available for an HR and Finance Assistant in Krugersdorp. You will assist the HR Manager with admin and finance duties. Minimum Requirements- Grade 12
- HR and/or Finance qualification, or sufficient HR and finance experience
- Valid drivers license
- At least 5 years experience in HR and finance
- Experience with payroll
- Debtors and Creditors experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR duties:
- Update employee and leave
- Assist with bookings for training
- Ensure company comply with policies
- Assist with drafting of new employment contracts
- Assist with inductions for new staff
- Record any incidents
- Assist Finance during payroll by giving updated records for leave taken etc.
- Credit Card recons
- Buy company groceries and office supplies.
- Follow up on outstanding client invoices.
- Render administrative aid to project personnel.
- Aid in the organization of corporate gatherings.
- Regulate inventory management.
- Assist with ISO paperwork.
- Control office supplies and consumables
- Communicate with suppliers
