Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Referrals Agent to engage with customers who have expressed a need for partner services, including Removals, Energy Performance Certificates, and Surveys. The primary goal of this role is to communicate the benefits of our trusted partner offerings and facilitate smooth and successful referrals. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong sales abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-centric approachRequirements:
- Logistics: 1 to 2 years
- Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Lead Generation: 1 to 2 years
• Actively reach out to customers in need of removals, EPCs, or property survey services. • Effectively communicate the advantages of partnering with our trusted service providers.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure successful referrals.
• Accurately record customer details and service needs, ensuring a smooth handoff to our partners.
• Keep customer interaction and outcome records up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with partner companies to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure high satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed referral and sales targets set by management.
• Offer outstanding customer service throughout the entire referral process.
