Can you speak, read and write: English, Xhosa, Zulu and any additional language i.e., Sotho, Setswana, Sepedi or Venda , if yes then this position is for you!
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for dealing with queries and complaints i.e. dealing with incoming calls, returning calls, following up on requests, translating written correspondence into English etc.
Requirements:
- Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho, Pedi, Tswana, Venda
Must have:
Grade 12
Credit and criminal clear
Min 2 years customer service experience within a call centre environment essential
You will be responsible for transalations so you did to be able to speak, read and write: English, Xhosa, Zulu and any additional language i.e., Sotho, Setswana, Sepedi or Venda. You will be assessed.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
