Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly accounting and processing for a portfolio of SMEs.
- Payroll processing and SARS legislative compliance (VAT, PAYE, ITR).
- Client engagement, financial management support, and problem-solving.
- Provisional tax calculations and advisory.
- Ad-hoc accounting projects and financial reporting.
What You Need:
- Degree/Honours in Management Accounting or Accounting.
- On track to qualify as CGMA or Professional Accountant (SA), with completed articles.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience with cloud-based systems (Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, etc.).
- Proficiency in drafting financial statements (CaseWare or DraftWorx).
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to various software packages.
