Job & Company Description:My client in property is looking for a Property Technic al & Fit out Manager
You will be responsible for
Evaluates programs and designs own programs. Gathers short-term and long-term programmes. Ensures feasibility of project and highlight problem areas. Ensures completion of progress reports by Project Managers. Ensures that key milestones and negotiated deadlines are met. Ensures delays are recorded by Project Managers. Anticipates obstacles or aspects that may go wrong (risk analysis). Evaluates cost reports to ensure profitability of contract. Resolves payment problems on projects. Approves contractor appointments and all paperwork files, minutes etc. Compile formal checklist for project. Conducts site inspections to ascertain quality of work and whether it meets SABS standards and design requirements. Maintains a record of site inspections. Ensures adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act on projects. Provides feedback to Exco. Ensures team is functioning according to JBCC/other contracts. What do you need:
