Description:
Duties:Reception and Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and guests. Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain filing systems and databases. Monitor and order office supplies.
Communication: Provide information to visitors and callers. Assist with internal and external communication.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification
Computer literate including Opera / Opera Cloud
At least 2 years experience in a 4 or 5* Hotel
