We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the property development sector. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including developments, tenant fit-outs, and major maintenance works, from planning through to handover.
      • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
        • Manage developments, tenant fit-outs, and major maintenance projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to handover.
        • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate all stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
        • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations, ensuring financial efficiency and project profitability.
        • Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure and safe working environment.
        • Uphold the highest industry standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications to guarantee quality output.
        • Lead cross-functional teams, liaise with contractors, and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
        • Utilize project management software to track progress, generate reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of developments throughout the project lifecycle.

        What Do You Need?:
        • A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
        • A minimum of 15 years of project management experience within the construction or property development sector.
        • A proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
        • Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
        • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
