- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations, ensuring financial efficiency and project profitability.

- Uphold the highest industry standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications to guarantee quality output.

- Utilize project management software to track progress, generate reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of developments throughout the project lifecycle.
What Do You Need?:- A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of project management experience within the construction or property development sector.
- A proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
