Description:
This internationally recognized business is growing rapidly and requires a CA(SA) with a stable track record to lead financial operations and ensure strategic financial management across multiple entities.- As a key finance leader, you will oversee the full financial function, provide insights to shareholders, and drive financial efficiency within a dynamic and expanding business environment.
Duties Include (But Not Limited to):- Managing the finance function for two entities and reporting directly to shareholders.
- Overseeing cash flow, bank reconciliations, VAT submissions, and inter-company loan accounts.
- Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, cashbook entries, general journals, and manual adjustments.
- Reviewing debtor and creditor balances, analyzing financial data, and contributing to product costing.
- Preparing financial statements, maintaining the fixed asset register, and managing the audit process.
Education:- Qualified CA(SA).
- Stable track record in financial management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment is advantageous.
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Ability to engage with shareholders and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
