Description:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire F&B team, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, kitchen, and in-room dining staff
- Ensure all F&B operations meet and exceed 5-star service standards, guest expectations, and brand guidelines
- Work closely with Executive Chef and senior management to design and deliver exceptional food concepts, seasonal menus, and memorable dining experiences
- Oversee cost control, stock management, budgeting, and supplier relations to maximize profitability without compromising quality
- Implement and uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and relevant legislation
- Manage guest feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively
- Drive staff training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing, service-driven team
- Plan and execute events, banquets, and special occasions with precision and creativity
- Analyse operational performance and continuously identify areas for improvement Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in an F&B management role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
- Proven ability to lead large teams and run multiple outlets or functions simultaneously
