We are looking for a meticulous Financial Administrator to support our Pharmacy’s operations, ensuring efficient billing, stock management, and financial processes.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring the efficiency of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process billing for Blisterpacks , ward stock, and other medical supplies.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices and financial documentation.
- Conduct regular stock takes and update financial records accordingly.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist in financial procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
Reconcile statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. - Support the Finance department in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience and Knowledge :
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Billing Clerk, or similar role .
- Strong understanding of billing, stock management, and financial reconciliations .
- Experience working in a Pharmacy or Hospital environment advantageous

- Financial & Analytical Skills – Strong ability to manage billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting with accuracy.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in financial records, stock management, and compliance procedures.

Working Hours - Normal working hours are from Monday to Fridays from 08h30 until 17h00.
Faircape offers a market-related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market-related factors.
