Faircape Health Tokai Estate is a Sub-Acute Care and Rehabilitation Centre dedicated to providing restorative care and rehabilitation for patients recovering from a range of medical conditions, including Neurological, Orthopedic, Surgical, and Respite care . While Tokai Healthcare primarily focuses on acute conditions impacting rehabilitation progress, we also cater to long-term patients and provide medication to village residents ..

We are looking for a meticulous Financial Administrator to support our Pharmacy’s operations, ensuring efficient billing, stock management, and financial processes.

As part of our highly successful rehabilitation team , you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who share a deep commitment to patient well-being. With a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork , we work together to ensure optimal recovery, providing exceptional care in a compassionate and structured setting.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring the efficiency of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process billing for Blisterpacks , ward stock, and other medical supplies.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoices and financial documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and update financial records accordingly.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Assist in financial procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
    Reconcile statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Support the Finance department in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience and Knowledge :

  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Billing Clerk, or similar role .
  • Strong understanding of billing, stock management, and financial reconciliations .
  • Experience working in a Pharmacy or Hospital environment advantageous

  • Financial & Analytical Skills – Strong ability to manage billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting with accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in financial records, stock management, and compliance procedures.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – Identifies discrepancies and resolves financial or stock-related issues proactively.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment with evolving needs and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Specific Requirements:

  • Clear health record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit record
  • Must be able to provide two written references

Working Hours - Normal working hours are from Monday to Fridays from 08h30 until 17h00.

Faircape offers a market-related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market-related factors.
