Key Responsibilities:Sales Training & Coaching
Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement. Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Performance Analysis & Improvement
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales teams and leadership. Facilitate the performance management process alongside key stakeholders Process Optimization & Strategy Development
Refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Implement best practices and sales and retention methodologies that align with business objectives. Sales Enablement & Tools Implementation
Equip sales teams with the right tools, and sales collateral to support their efforts. Ensure agents have access to relevant product knowledge, case studies, and customer insights. New Hire Onboarding & Continuous Learning
Develop structured onboarding programs to help new sales and retention agents ramp up quickly. Offer ongoing learning and development programs to keep the team updated with industry trends and competitive insights. Goal Setting & Motivation
Work with sales and retention team leaders to set achievable goals and sales targets. Create incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and motivational strategies to keep sales teams engaged. Collaboration with Leadership & Other Departments
Align sales and retentions training with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Act as a bridge between sales and retentions teams and management to improve communication and strategy execution.
