Description:
The purpose of the role will be to advise the business on historical performance, identifying trends in turnover and costs. Furthermore, you will monitor and enforce compliance, procedures and regulations.Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Financial recording
- Financial reporting
- Financial analysis
- Financial management
- Legal and regulatory administration
Education Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting
Job Requirements and Skills:
5 to 6 years' experience in a financial management focused position Strong management experience Mergers and acquisitions experience Funding and capital raising experience Sage experience Strong MS Excel skills Deadline driven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player
