Key Responsibilities:Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines. Perform visual and functional tests on products and materials to detect any defects or inconsistencies. Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and test results. Report non-conformities and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with both local and international quality standards. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to improve overall product quality. Requirements:
2-4 years experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in the packaging or manufacturing industry. Must be meticulous with colour and checking for consistency Knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualification in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). Knowledge of ISO and other quality management systems (advantageous).
