Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth service delivery. Lead, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to company policies. Develop and maintain a creative, high-quality drinks menu that aligns with customer preferences and current trends. Monitor bar inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement promotions and special events to drive bar sales and increase guest engagement. Manage cash handling and daily financial reconciliation of the bar. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and industry standards. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet overall business objectives and improve service quality. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation, inventory control, and cost management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A passion for mixology, excellent customer service, and a keen eye for detail. In-depth knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail trends, and alcohol laws. A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Certification in bartending or a hospitality-related qualification is a plus.
