  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star environment.
Proven track record of managing high-volume F&B operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Personal Attributes: Professional, well-groomed appearance. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
