Duties & Responsibilities
- Engaging with architects, quantity surveyors, developers, contractors, and shop fitters to follow up on potential new projects.
- Generating specifications, quotations, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Driving sales growth by developing relationships with developers, contractors, and shop fitters.
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships through regular site visits and follow-ups.
- Meeting or exceeding the clientâ??s predetermined sales targets and budget.
- Overseeing project sites and providing technical assistance as needed.
- Collaborating closely with internal sales teams to manage orders and back orders.
Experience & Qualification
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong phone presence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on organization and presentation.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- 3 to 5 yearsâ?? experience in sales is required.
Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R15,000 - R20,000 per month (Cost to company).
- Commission: Attractive performance-based commission scheme.
- Location: Durban.
- Starting Date: As soon as possible.
